Freemium
Bitwarden
Bitwarden's pricing page describes a free account for basic password management. We are not printing device or item limits we could not quote.
What is actually free
A free account is described. Numeric free-plan caps were not in the text we could read on October 14, 2026.
Pricing model: Freemium. An account is part of using it. We are not claiming anything about a credit card unless the quote says so.
- Free-plan device, item, and sharing caps were not quoted from the rendered page
- Paid plans (Premium, Families, Teams, Enterprise) are on the same page
We loaded the vendor page on October 14, 2026 and did not get a clean sentence to quote for the free-plan numbers.
Who it is for
A person or a tiny team that wants a password manager and will read the free column in the account before relying on a limit.
Upsides
- The pricing page loaded and includes a free account.
- Paid upgrades are separate from that account.
Limits
- We could not quote the free limits, so this listing is incomplete on purpose.
- The page meta text mentions a free trial, which is easy to mix up with the free account.
Alternatives in this directory
- Cloudflare — A $0 plan for DNS, CDN, SSL, and basic firewall. Not a password manager.
