Freemium
Notion
One person can use Notion free without a block cap. The moment a second member joins, blocks are limited, and the page did not give us that number. Uploads are 5 MB.
What is actually free
Free is $0 per member per month, with different rules for one person and for a team.
Pricing model: Freemium. An account is part of using it. We are not claiming anything about a credit card unless the quote says so.
- File uploads up to 5 MB on Free
- Unlimited blocks if you are the only member
- A limited number of blocks once the workspace has multiple members. The page does not number that limit in the text we quoted.
- Notion AI on this plan is a limited trial
From their page
If you're using a Free Plan workspace by yourself, you'll be able to add as many pages and blocks as you like. If you're using a Free Plan workspace with multiple members, you'll be able to add a limited number of blocks before you have to upgrade. On the Free plan, you can upload images, videos and file attachments up to 5MB each.
