Zoho Sign

There is a Free plan, and there is also a 14-day Enterprise trial. After the trial, the page says you land on Free.

What is actually free

Free is a single user and 5 envelopes a month, with workflows, reminders, and an audit trail.

Pricing model: Freemium. An account is part of using it. We are not claiming anything about a credit card unless the quote says so.

  • Single user only
  • 5 envelopes per month
  • A 14-day trial of Enterprise sits on the same page

Who it is for

A one-person shop that sends a handful of envelopes and can ignore the trial watermark.

Upsides

  • Five envelopes a month is an ongoing plan, not the trial.
  • The page says unused trial time drops you onto Free with data intact.

Limits

  • The 14-day trial is easy to mix up with the Free plan.
  • Standard starts at 25 envelopes and is a paid step up.

Alternatives in this directory

  • SignWell — A $0 e-sign plan for one sender and three documents a month.
  • Documenso — Hosted signing at $0, five documents a month, no card.
